Laney is a birth and postpartum doula, trained yoga instructor and circle facilitator.

She has studied the use of the body and practiced body awareness through dance and movement since childhood. She has studied nutrition and alternative methods to heal the body since age fifteen.
She has completed 400 hours of Ashtanga & Vinyasa yoga training in Bali, Indonesia (2018) and Koh Samui, Thailand (2022) as well as an herbalism intensive in Costa Rica (2021) and sound bath facilitator training in Los Angeles (2025).
Laney has since moved back to the land in Northern California from Los Angeles where she owned a clothing company for 10+ years. She is skilled in intuitive business growth and originated her first women’s intuitive business sharing circle in 2014.
For the last few years, she has been working in service to women, birth and re-villaging as a doula and circle facilitator.
She is on the board of Better Beginnings, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing doula & lactation support to under-served families in Sonoma County and facilitates a free weekly sharing circle for new mothers at the public library.
Laney lives in west Sonoma County with her partner where they are building their home.
